Challenge

Manually collecting and verifying leads was time-consuming and inefficient. The process involved gathering emails from multiple sources, validating them with different tools, and managing outreach lists manually.

Solution

We integrated Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to collect verified business emails. We used MillionVerifier to validate and clean email lists, ensuring accuracy and deliverability. Airtable automations structured, filtered, and managed lead lists dynamically, removing manual effort. Finally, we set up a cold email sequence that automatically triggered outreach based on verified leads.
